What is the minimum term at Prestige Court?
Normally 3 months, but we look at every requirement on an individual basis. However better terms may be available on longer term agreements.

Are the offices charges per office or number of occupants?
All of our quoted prices are per office inclusive of one workstation (broadband and phone).  Each additional occupant would require an additional workstation which would be charged at £35 per month.

What security measures do you have in place?
We offer a combination of remotely monitored CCTV security, swipe card and key fob access system and a rapid response motion sensor alarm system.

How quickly can I move in?
We have a selection of offices ready to move into immediately. All that is required is a one page agreement to be signed and you can move in within 48 hours.

Do you offer a virtual office product?
Currently this is something which Prestige Court doesn’t offer.

What size are your offices?
We start at 95 sq ft, but have up to 434 sq ft which can accommodate up to 7-8 people through adjoining offices.

Do you have any meeting rooms?
We offer an unlimited use meeting room and 5 hours monthly usage of our deluxe meeting rooms. Additional time can be booked by the hour, the half day or full day.

When can we access the building?
Providing you have your swipe card and key, access is 24/ 7, 365 days a year.

Are there any hotels nearby?
Yes, there are a number of hotels within a 2 mile radius.

What level of deposit is required?
One month’s rent

Can I bring in my own furniture?
Most clients choose fully furnished, but we have no objection to you using your own.

Are there any other hidden costs such as set-up charges?
No, whilst other offices tend to charge IT connection fees Prestige Court includes this within its prices.  Prestige Court aims to be completely transparent with its pricing

Are prices inclusive of VAT?
No all prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
