Many serviced offices include on site secretarial support as part of any package. Much of the support required for small or start up businesses is the typing of documents and letters or the inputting of data.  Of course the cost of such support is included in the rent for tenants.  The support is provided by perhaps one or two individuals who also have to answer the phones, look after the reception area, greet guests, make coffee, sort out the photocopying machine and so on.  A well run serviced office has conflicting demands for on site support staff, and often typing letters and documents for tenants does not receive priority.
